Russell represents workers in Oregon and Washington in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment matters. After more than a decade in insurance, banking, real estate, and employment litigation, he is skilled at using state and federal courts to maximum effect for his clients. As a passionate believer in the right of each individual to have a fair chance to earn a living for their family, he strives to de-mystify the legal process so that clients can make informed decisions about what would best serve their particular interests.
Originally from San Dimas, California, Russell studied Linguistics and Korean Studies at Brigham Young University before attending Harvard Law School. He enjoys cycling, yoga, and trying to save up enough fur from his three cats to knit a sweater sometime soon.
